托儿所心肺复苏和急救要求
First Aid & CPR Manitoba
Manitoba的要求
In Manitoba, the Child Care Regulation requires all staff to complete a first-aid course that includes age-appropriate CPR — either before they begin working or within a period approved by the provincial director — and to keep that certification current through recertification on the director's schedule. The requirement is set by the provincial early learning and child care authority and applies across a centre's staff, not to a single designated person. In short, being ready to respond is treated as part of the job itself.
过敏性休克与药物给药
The regulation allows medication to be given only with the parent's prior written permission, in its original labelled container, and by designated staff. Licence holders must also keep a plan for responding to medical emergencies, including meeting the needs of any child with diagnosed anaphylaxis. The through-line is straightforward: know the child's allergy, know the plan, and be ready to act on it.

不要等到续期那天
A choking or non-breathing child gives no warning and leaves no time to look things up; the response has to already live in your hands. A recognized certification built to current standards turns that pressure into practised, deliberate steps — and keeps every staff member squarely within the provincial requirement. For the families who trust you each day, that preparedness is exactly the point.
